  I specifically went to A & W to get onion rings. They didn't have any! How is this possible?!!!! Their onion rings are a signature item that sets them apart from other fast food burger joints! I ordered the Mozza Burger. It was absolutely terrible. It was cold. The meat was dried out. The bacon was overdone. The cheese was melted to the point of being transparent. The bun was wet, like it had been defrosted. The fries were also terrible, hardly cooked. The rootbeer had no fizz. So disappointing, and definitely not the usual A & W experience! I will not be going back to this location again. This is not the first bad experience that I've had at this location, so it wasn't as if they were just having an off day.

  Always take over 20min to order anything and the staff is very hard to find when trying to order

  This A & W is inside a gas station. Routinely been slow for service at the drive through with a side of unorganized and rude. Food still tasted as good as would be expected from an A and Dubs.
