- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I discovered this Winnipeg staple when I first lived in this city in 2012. Stella's was a great spot for food and drink then and it remains an excellent dining experience five years later. If you like delicious, modern fare with attentive and courteous service, you should definitely eat here! We came here for coffee last night (it was one a few places still open on Sunday night near the University of Winnipeg campus) and we loved all the drinks we ordered (the Oaxaca Chaca packs quite the punch).
