  Nice atmosphere, contains a Starbucks and never a wait at check out. Prices are too high for some products. $6 for a tiny bag of salad is outrageous!

  Easy in and out. I can hop off the bus, shop. Then get on the next bus home.

  This is not the best Safeway I have been in. Pretty basic selection of everything. Meat department is frequently out of good sale items. Clearance items are sometimes a good deal. Produce is always under stocked and somewhat pricey Same with deli. I go there because i can ride my bike. Starbucks there is expensive but tasty and they are super nice. The best things about Charleswood Safeway are the really nice checkout people and the fresh bread department is really good...but eating bread is bad for you so sad face.

  I had a cashier who in my opinion should have been overwhelmed with the idiot buying her groceries ahead of us. She left her station to replace an item and managed to help another gentleman. She returned to patiently explain procedure to your customer never once indicating impatience. She treated us with respect and professionally and pleasantly packed our items. Just when I think there is no hope for millenials one comes along and proves me wrong. I didn't give you 5 stars because she didn't have a name tag if she had I would have gone to the management desk to mention this
