Clean. Friendly. Stocked shelves. Short lines. They're very good at getting more cashier's out if waits become long.

Nobody to help you out. When i went to customer service, the lady there was rude. I just need to put on a note for the cake, she even told me that the person incharge for the cake is on break so i have to wait for 30mins! How convinient!!
