  I hadn't been to Pizza Hut in over a decade but was craving their deep dish pizza so went into the Lakewood Blvd location on a Saturday around 5 pm. Though the restaurant was empty (literally me and 4 other patrons), I waited at least 45 minutes for my starter Ceasar salad and over 2 hours for my pizza, which was cold and undercooked, with a soft crust...The server had repeatedly told me that my food was coming...I wanted to send it back but I was famished so had a few pieces then left. The manager or cook or whomever took my payment apologized and said that my pizza had been sitting on the counter for a long time because staff had forgotten to bring it out to me. He did give me 10% off my bill but personally I think my discount should have been much bigger than that...It was over 3 hours from the time I stepped into the restaurant to the time I left...The prices are too high for what you get too...I think it will be another decade before I go back to Pizza Hut...

  Waited ten minutes for an employee to get us seated, while employees were walking in front of us and completely ignored the fact that we were there waiting. Service is TERRIBLE. We had to remind our waiter 4 times to bring us water, it took the waiter 20 minutes to come back and take our order. We had two different waiters because they didn't know what the heck was going on, and both waiters forgot we even existed!!! You guys need to seriously make your customer service better. Just awful. Never going back to this location again. Also the pizza crust was soggy. Get your restaurant together or close shop.

  Good food. Dont order the thing crust unless you like extremely crunchy crust.
