  Haven't had an issue with this location yet. We eat here often with family when we visit the city. Great for breaky but I've never ordered alcohol here.

  My young child's order was wrong. After we more than specified upon ordering. When brought to their attention their reply was " Oh I apologize " in the most off handed way. No manager came to our table to "check" on us. We did see a manager floating around, however. The order was corrected but I would of liked a comment such as " What can we do to rectify our mistake?"

  We all had lots of choices which is usually a good thing for my family. Waitress was extremely pleasant and curtious. Food was good, was a little slow coming but was worth it, & place had a few people already so it's to be expected. Definitely would go back.

  Typical North America breakfast. Had the tremendous 12 with blueberry pancakes, a side of toast and extra bacon and sausage. Good breakfast, service was not up to Perkins standards. Side of toast was under toasted (read warm bread) the server got a new order quickly, and the issue was resolved. We were half done our meal before we got a check back. I had to talk to the very polite hostess for ketchup.
