  I was pleasantly surprised that the Moxie's had re-branded itself so well - it had been a very long time since I had come here. You wouldn't think to find a 'premium' lounge & eats in the mall but Moxie's had delivered. The service was great, the ingredients were very fresh, the wait time was good and the experience overall was a positive one. My only complaint is that it's expensive depending on what you're going to get - especially when you consider the fact that there is a Montana's down the street!

  Seated at lunch when restaurant was empty. Was seated next to loud group and asked to be moved for privacy and was accommodated. Immediately after had a family with two screaming children sat beside us. Asked for a second move from assistant manager Stacey. Mentioned to general manager Stefan Buchanan. He immediately became defensive and talking down to us, asking 'where the screaming children were' 'why weren't they screaming now' and letting us know that most customers prefer being seated next to other groups. Just take the comment and apologize, don't talk down to me like I'm your dishwasher. Moxies is already overpriced, sells itself on environment, experience. Try to deliver on that.
