  Great food, great fries, great shakes but a little pricey if going with your family.

  Food took an hour to get to us. Everyone who had been in line behind us had already eaten and left. Plus they took an extra ten minutes to bring food to the kids, after they had already served the adults (and anyone who has been around hungry kids reading this should know, they get hangry). The food ended up being lukewarm by the time it got to us and the person working had said she was sure there was no soy in something, without checking the ingredients despite my asking her to so I went back to ask someone else, turned out it did. Luckily I stopped my year old nephew, who has a soy allergy, from eating his food (making him even more upset) before he got seriously sick. Plus 2 of our burgers weren't cooked through. Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. If I could give it zero stars, I would. We ended up getting our money back, but it still feels like that wasn't enough. It was not worth the stress for mediocre lukewarm food.
