  I've read the other review where they complain about the cashier upselling at the till and I have to disagree. I found her recommendations helpful and she showed me some good meal ideas. I had a great experience here.

  I,VE HAS EXCELLENT SERVICE BY BOTH THE LADY MANGER AND THE PUNJAB CLERK,,,,THESE KINDS OF FRANCHISE DO UP SELL IF YOU DON,T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THERE ADVERTISED SPECIALS,,,VOLUME SAVES YOU MONEY AND KEEPS THEM IN TE BIZ.. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

  I really dislike this particular location because of one staff member, I believe her name is Joanne (older, blond hair). She is incredibly pushy and WILL NOT stop pestering you to up-sell and get information. For instance, you go and want to pick up two specific items. You get them, she tries to up-sell. That's fine, but after five no's and specifically saying no thanks, just the two items, she still persists. "Have you checked out this? Did you want to add a dessert? etc." Then comes time to get your phone number/email. I am not interested in this, I say so but she persists and nags. She then goes on to say how you can save money, yada yada, etc. She does not get the hint to stop trying. She literally has nagged me about getting information at least 3-4 times when I go in. If someone says, NO THANK YOU I'M NOT INTERESTED. Stop nagging. Especially if you can tell they are getting annoyed. I don't think she is oblivious -- I think she has this idea in her head she can convince you if she pushes hard enough and this is not okay. There have been three different instances of such behaviour and I'm sick of it. I cannot avoid her, she seems to work the most (perhaps the manager)? It really is a turn off as a customer when I get anxious about having to potentially deal with her annoying, pushy customer service techniques. Her behaviour needs to be toned down - A LOT. This is actively making me stop going to this location and M&M Meats in general.
