  had great experience with provided service (staff/store owner). They helped me select products, ordered products for me that i have requested and took purchased items to my car. Great selection of products for a reasonable price. I did purchase item that had expired from reduced shelve but again it was my choice.

  Was happy to find this store at first. Not many Russian stores there are in Winnipeg. In a while found out that I bought couple outdated products. Started to watch closely after that while shopping there. Found more on shelves. Especially in price reduced area. Most of the product was outdated. I think outdated product should be thrown away, not be on sale. And the owners are not very friendly. Don't really want to come back there, but can't find such products elsewhere. And lately owners started giving paper notice to all who park there (that parking is prohibited unless you're a customer), not even asking first if I'm a customer!!!! Ridiculous. Even being customer there for over 4 years I got offended. Not even finished parking and the owner knocked on my window and pass the notice to me....

  Very offended at the owners of this store. Pulled into parking stall without noticing the parking sign that states the two stalls are for customers only. My daughter who just got her license was driving, before we had completely pulled into stall the owner was out there pointing to the sign indicating that we should not park there. Without even realizing if we were customers of his or not. I told my daughter to pull out and she was confused as she thought she parked fine. I pointed with my pointer finger to show her the sign. We proceeded to move as the owner came out to take a picture of my car & license plate. I got out and went in to the store to find out why and he proceeded to tell me I flipped him the bird. I explained I had not but he refused to believe me. I'm glad I wasn't a customer because it showed me how awful they would treat me. I wish I had given him the bird. I didn't appreciate him taking our photo without our permission nor will I ever step food in this store if it's the last place on earth to get my European foods.
