  The perfect way to end a trip to three city. We grab a couple 5 dollar pizzas on our way out of the city each time and they are always very good fit the piece and convinience. The service this give around was less then optimal but it seemed like it was just a bad day

  I went in there last week and the person who took my order looked like his apron hadn't been cleaned in a month and after taking my cash he wiped his hands on his filthy apron and went right to making my pizza without washing his hands. (I didn't notice how dirty he was until he walked away from the counter.) I then noticed that no one was wearing hair nets and even though it was before dinner rush, the place was dirty. I cancelled my order, got my money back and left.

  Almost walked out as well. The man who came to the counter looked disappointed to have a customer. When I asked what was inside the small take out box in the warmer, he POINTED to a sign on the counter, which was a picture of a cinnamon bun dessert. Looking at me as though I should have known...(not everyone is from the city, has tried Little Caesars and knows their menu). I proceed to ask if they sell by the slice, he shakes his head at me...Getting no where in my attempt to find something suitable I ask if there is anything ready to go, again pointing to a sign with the hot and ready deal. I like the pizza, I like the company and will eat there again when I go through the city. Just never again at this location. I am not entitled to good service, but I do expect it in the service industry. Maybe it is my small town values that ask the question, "where do I have to go to get good service".
