  I went into this store in order to get an idea of what my starting equipment would cost. The owner showed me a kit that had equipment I didn't need, as I'm interested in natural fermentation of mead and experimentation with it. (On a side note, I highly recommend the book Make Mead Like a Viking.) Upon learning that I was interested in trying natural fermentation, the proprietor immediately began arguing with me about the ABSOLUTE necessity of modern techniques and refused to even acknowledge that fermentation is a preservation technique that kills all bacteria. You don't argue with a customer over a difference of opinion about a hobby and craft. Absolutely terrible customer service and condescending attitude. I would never purchase anything from this store.

  The owner, Willie, is an incredibly friendly guy who will happily answer any questions you might have about brewing in as much detail as you want.
