  I've lived in Wpg almost 30 years and I feel so stupid for only now trying The Burger Place. The chili is excellent, the burgers and dogs are delicious and the staff is friendly and welcoming.. gave me a free sample of fries and chili to try.. 5/5 will be back, often.

  Really didn't like the burgers, not as good as I was expecting. Poutine was soggy. Pretty expensive. Don't think I'll go back.

  Original. Old school. Since 1929. Family and locally owned Presentation = old school burger Content = decent quality Meat= felt wet, either Lower quality or high fat content. Not the greatest meat. Or frozen meet was cooked on outside only Taste= sour/bitter so if you don't like that ask for no mustard or at least on the side Cheese= your average kraft cheese. Costs 55cents plus tax. Way too much for something that costs half a penny. Price= $8 for a double cheese burger is too expensive Overall, atmosphere feels good for a locally owned place. Burger is not great. Way too sauggy and wet. Very salty and bitter. So 3 stars is generous.
