I called the Unicity location to find out if you had loose tea filters available and if so how many came in a package and what the price was only to be told you wouldn't tell me that information over the phone??!! I think it's ridiculous that a customer has to come to your store to see if you have what they're looking for. Why on earth should someone have to pack up their kids and either walk, bus or drive all the way to your store when you could so easily provide that information over the phone within a few seconds?? In my opinion this is such poor customer service and this policy should be revisited! I'm not impressed with Bulk Barn today.
