  A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks. However, this location seems to have much less selection than other locations and the staff never seem to know what I'm asking for.

  The staff is friendly, however I had a particularly bad experience when I bought a scone that turned out to be completely rancid. The rotten grease taste in the icing coated my mouth and the awful taste wouldn't go away all day. I came back to exchange the scone for a latte, and at first they resisted to honor it, but I reiterated that I had just been made to eat rotten food and I certainly didn't want any more of their baked goods, and thankfully they gave me a drink in return.

  They had really good customer service when I messed up on a mobile order. I was worried they would give me a hard time or be polite but passive aggressive thinking I was intentionally scamming but they didn't. I made an honest mistake, they were super kind and they made me feel good. I appreciated that and they made my complicated order just how I like it. :)

  A nice cozy location. Parking is a bit of a chore. Consistent with the chain.
