No different than any other. Food is what is expected and service was good

We ordered a poutine and snack wraps. The poutine was cold. We tried calling that day and the phone rang and rang. Two days later I called again. Still no answer so I kept calling finally the manager answers and I tell her the poutine was cold. She says well do u have ur receipt um no I don't keep garbage so she says well there's nothing I can do. Well thanks for the multi billion in sales mc Donald's does. Smh
